See if the Revenue covers the spend.
Why it matters
You assume $1,000 will get you sales. But if your CPC is $5 and your conversion rate is 1%, you will get zero sales.

The Math
Traffic = Budget / CPC
Leads = Traffic × LP Conv %
Sales = Leads × Sales Conv %
Revenue = Sales × Price
